Columbia Village Apartments

Built in 1999, this mixed income housing community is 100 two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments in 25 residential buildings located on 13.5 acres of land. Owned by Columbia Residential, the property is an existing tax credit property that was allocated funds in 1997. All households were relocated temporarily to onsite vacant units for approximately 60 days while apartments were under construction in phases. Relocation project was completed in March 2023
